Cinemex Premium & Platino

The location is great and very convenient. The food court area has lots of options. The movie theater itself is not that big. We went to the platinum section. There is only some sofas as a lounge. The service is provided by waiters that are very friendly, but the menu is only available in booklets. No screens or counters. That feels a little empty and sterile compared to other high end cinemas.

Way too loud!! Could not enjoy the movie at all.

Seats in Premium are not that great. They are cushioned leather seats but they have no lower back support whatsoever and they do have head support which makes your back arch in a non-natural way. Theater is nice, service and general conditions are very nice as well. Just seats needing some improvement.

Best movie theater in the city. The flavored popcorn are a reason to come here. Plus, you get to shop areound for a while.

There's better places to go, the food is okay but for some reason they opened the emergency door and left it open throughout the movie. The theater is pretty small as well. No recliner seats but there's tables in the seats
