Skinklinik Med Spa

I came to Skinklinik in Gomez Morin for laser hair removal and I highly recommend it, specially with Adriana. She has a great service, she is very professional, and she pays attention to details. She understands the customer’s needs, and she works based on the skin type. I didn’t feel any pain and I am so satisfied with the results. Adriana speaks english too, so it was really helpful since I don’t speak Spanish.

Variety of treatments and good care

I do not recommend it. The appointments have to be made more than a month in advance and the day before they cancel you because they have broken computers. To return to make the appointment you have to adapt to the schedule that is available and once you get an appointment you have to go with a lot of patience because they leave you waiting for a good time.

Pessimistic service, customer service is non-existent, they go twice and cancel my appointments because they break down something and nobody knows how to answer something. There has to be one looking for an answer. If you want to have a bad experience, and full of uncertainty, I recommend them!
