Once they sold, they don't care. I paid 30,000pesos and brought my dog. Pedigree certified but they are still not giving me the certification of pedigree. They arr saying it will take 6 to 8month, but they never contact me. They don't even know my dog's birthday. They are ignoring my email. I am not kidding.. They don't know about customer services at all.

I want you to trust me what i am saying. Once they sell pets, the customer won't be cared any more. Let's say you bought one german shepherd, you bought the dog because you believe it is a german shepherd. But it is possible that the dog you bought is not a german shepherd and if that happens, they will say 'we sell mascotas, we've never said that we are selling 100% pure breed.' It doesn't matter cats or dogs. I am not saying that mixed dogs are bad, actually they are even healthier than pure breed. But if you buy a dog from timo that means that you wanted to get certain breed. Trust me, once they sell they don't care.

This sudo Zoo disguised as a pet store is really over the top. Pony, Lemurs, Spyder monkeys, Chinchillas, Boas , Parrots ......Check. white tiger, snaping tutle, pirranas and just about everything in between. Dogs and cats too. It's just really crazy and EVERYTHING IS for SALE. It's quite entertaining and if you have kids they will be totally floored.

Very expensive but great selection of pet related things you won't find any place else
