The bread is delicious! It could not be otherwise since the bakers are from Chilapa, Guerrero. They are very kind and have a lot of love for their hometown. They tell how you can have fun in Chilapa and even recommend places to buy mezcal there in Chilapa. But well, returning to bread, they bake daily and have a variety of presentations. Fresh out of the oven is delicious but if you have enough you can put it in an electric oven or the stove and enjoy! That bread is tradition and an important part of Guerrero's food culture. Highly recommended 😉
