THE WORST BRANCH I went to this branch because my card was cloned. The first bad impression I got was with the boy at the entrance. The whole time he was on his cell phone and it took time to open the door. Then I went to get on the list and the boy was not even aware of the list to call out to customers. While I was waiting for my turn, there were quite a few people who were also waiting for the executive to attend to them. There were only 3 executives. One of them was working normally, while the other two executives were on the cell phone and stopped at the other's desk to laugh and talk about what they read messages. The other customers were also upset by the bad behavior and several of them complained directly to them but only ignored them. When it was finally my turn, one of the executives kindly attended to me but I repeat, all the time she was in the gossip with her partner. While I was sitting in front of her; his partner occasionally interrupted us to talk. I asked him to help me as soon as possible because I had things to do, the lady spoke to the boy at the entrance and they sent me to another desk that not even the monitor was on. When the boy was attending me, he was more focused on his cell phone than on the service. He asked me to open my app and asked for my cell phone. After returning the cell phone, she spoke to her partner and she asked me again for the cell phone with the app open. It was then that the lady realized that the boy had deleted my SUPER TOKEN KEY, which is totally essential to make any type of movement within the app, The lady told her: “That was not what I asked you to do. , you deleted his SUPER TOKEN KEY ”. It was at that moment that I realized that they had erased and the boy just told me: "an apology, anything else I can help you with?" Obviously I got upset and asked to speak to someone with whom I could file a complaint but they couldn't tell me but for the time I had to leave without the problem solved. It should be noted that many times the bad behavior of a client can cause the people who provide the service to behave in a wrong way. However, I was never rude to any of them. Really, don't go to that branch no matter how close you are.

I am a Santander customer for more than 5 years and I had never had a problem until I had to go to the branch for a replacement, the customer service is lousy, it takes years to assist you and they do not solve the problem you arrive with, everything You end up solving by phone because the branch does not have a solution. It is recommended to look for another bank
