Too bad, the lady from the desk could not create an electronic certificate for my signature, she called her office leader and began to look for requirements, she could not find them, so she only had to reject my procedure because I lacked a protocolized act that he carried in copy. It is not necessary I am a public accountant and I have done hundreds of processes, the leader of the office is from the uaem. What he lacks is a pity of judgment, there are still oars in the 4th that hinder the good performance of the president, but I am going to return with my documents and I am going to request it again, regardless of filing my complaint.

POOR SERVICE, staff are unable to provide assistance over the phone or in person. Better save your office money. Then the government says that we don't pay taxes !! :( Truly disappointed

There are no online or physical appointments. The entrance staff is not despotic and does not help at all. Perhaps the government could save money with call centers and greater flexibility online. USELESS !!

I went a few days ago and they treated me very well and quickly. The experience I had when I came was very good, from the guard to the boy who attended us, they were friendly and attentive.
