They leave you waiting too long
Executives just laugh at each other and don't rush their work
When you go to do a procedure they do not even know what the procedure is
They do not know how to give you a good answer when you ask them something, as I say, they are not trained
On its sign it says that they open at 09:00 am and the hdsptm always open at 10:00 am
I once had an experience on Saturday and the people pff the worst in service. The girl giving antibacterial gel and two executive guys just getting up from their cubicles and laughing at the people in line. That day I lost my card and pff a horrible experience the worst of a bank. But hey, I'm only going back to the ATM today.
They do not open accounts because "they are given a limited number of accounts that they can open in one day" even if an agreement sheet is presented with the banking institution.
Staff do not promote social distancing.
Insurance that open at 9:00 am ???
We are here since 9:00 am. And there is no one but the cleaning staff
Really terrible service !!!
