The chicken with pipián was super salty, in my wife's dish and in mine the crushed ones were stewed with a green sauce and I don't know if it was too much green tomatillo because it was bitter or spoiled and the meat enchilada was super sour, that's what I left, and mentioned it to the waitress. I don't know if they changed cook or what happened ???
