Hair everywhere! Dirty sheets, moldy bathrooms, no air conditioning, missing light bulbs, only half a roll of cheap toilet paper, no telephone in room, television from 1992 and very limited channels, most of which didn't have sound. They gave us only one towel for 4 people. There were several loud people walking about at night and metal doors were slammed several times. The owner acts like everyone was out to steal from her. Every item is marked with black sharpie and checked before you are allowed to leave. She charged us 40 pesos for two lukewarm cups of instant coffee and was obviously very perturbed when we wanted to take them back to our rooms to drink. The only upside is that the room cost $22 USD a night and our room didn't have bed bugs. Other than that, there are absolutely NO FRILLS. Only come here if you are desperate for a cheap nights stay, it's a bit better than camping in a crappy 1970's RV.

Clean rooms, linens, & towels. They offer soap, shampoo, & toilet paper for amenities. Our room was near a hallway which got very noisy when guests were walking by talking. When the hotel is full parking can be difficult as spaces fill up.

Good overall. It depends on the location of the room, it will be necessary to be aware of the water and the temperature to have a solar heater. The bed is comfortable, the TV is fine, cleaning is fine. Any additional thing request in advance at the reception.

The hotel is nice very clean, friendly staff, fine food. Too bad the fox show expected a more legendary performance but instead a character with macho and unpleasant comments that was funny all the time. Within the tours that they give, I dislike the treatment of the guide Miguel Ángel towards the Mayan indigenous people since he forced them to attend to tourism when the tour was not coordinated or planned properly, a pity that this happens, part of knowing these magical towns is essentially respect our indigenous culture.
