HAMAM Turkish Bath & Spa

The combination of superbly appointed decor, high-quality facilities and top quality masseurs makes for a fantastic experience. Though unassuming from the outside, the facilities are brand new and the interior space is quite spacious. They have a locker room, sauna, steam room, the main baths room, a “tea” room, massage room, and restrooms with showers. The Turkish baths experience is very private - the entire facility is only booked for one set of clients at a time. My partner and I enjoyed a very relaxing 2.5 hour couples Turkish bath and massage - we highly recommend it!

On Thanksgiving week my partner and I were visiting PV and scheduled an appointment via their website. Three days later, on the day of the massage, someone from HAMAM called us saying “there was a glitch in the system” and he didn’t notice someone else was booked exactly at the same time and day of our massage. My partner and I were disappointed, but understood the situation. On the week of December 20th, I booked another appointment and on December 25 I called HAMAM to confirm my appointment. The guy who answered me (I assume it’s the front desk guy) confirmed my appointment! Unfortunately, today I received an email and later a call from the same guy saying “there was a glitch in the system” and could no longer accommodate my appointment! This makes me think that whoever controls the appointments decides who takes the massage and who doesn’t! They (probably) “pick” or decide who they want to take the appointments! I now wonder what is this decision based on?!?! In short, please STAY AWAY of this place and be aware that you’ll probably be profiled to decide if you keep the appointment or not. My partner and I decided to go to another place where customer service is exceptional and you are treating like a human being: with respect. (Name of the other spa: Acqua Spa for Men in PV.) Response: I missed his called and when I called him back on Friday he said “yes, your appointment is confirmed”. You can check that I’m sure. By the way, this “very unusual” circumstance like you called it...happened twice in less than a month. I wonder...Are you choosing who gets the service and who doesn’t. If so how? Seriously, it’s so sad to see such a great place with such a poor customer service. IF the problem is a glitch, then I suggest calling IT to fix it. This is my second time trying to schedule an appointment and my partner and I are VERY disappointed.

This was an amazing experience. The facilities were very clean and everyone was very professional! This was my first visit to a Turkish bath and the experience far exceeded my expectations!

Best experience in the city.

Wonderful experience well worth the money. We had Alex and Mauro. Alex has an amazing energy and did my experience. Mauro did my partner. The entire place is modern clean and way better than you expect from the outside. It started with 10 min in a dry sauna then a body wash in the wet room which you do yourself followed by a proper Turkish body wash with loads of suds including face and full body scrub down. After the experience you are taken for Turkish tea and biscuits and given a clay mask. Following that you get a wonderful massage either as a couple or individually it’s up to you. Both good looking sexy guys for the intrepid gay traveller to have someone nice to look at during your experience. Price is 2250 each not including tip for 2.5 hours but worth the money.
