I have 2 months waiting for my refund and they do not give a date, or response, much less follow-up despite being with the seller insisting. I await a response from the manager to attend the case and give me a solution

Don't buy a car here. Do not buy a car here. Spanish: These people are constantly lying, and they are currently not refunding a sizable deposit that I made on a vehicle for more than 14 days after clearly saying that the refunds are made within 5 days. During the car buying process, they lied to me at all times. They gave me deadlines that were completely false, for weeks, not like a few days, weeks. So just don't trust this place. Perhaps other Mercedes dealers are better, but the commercial side of this dealership is incredibly incompetent, so I highly recommend that you stay away. I am willing to remove this review if my complaints are adequately addressed ... but so far the response has been woefully inadequate. Good service from the staff, cars of excellent quality, very expensive repairs, some models are difficult to achieve, you have to leave a down payment and sometimes wait several months for the truck to arrive, but it is worth it.
