This the worst resort I ever stayed at. The furniture was very old and worn out. There was no ventilation, the windows were sealed . There were cockroaches in the room , in kitchen and the bedrooms. The restaurant was open only on weekends. There was no internet in the room only in certain areas of the hotel. It was dirty I will never recomed this place.

The pictures are much better than reality. The only good things: clean sheets and hot water. Other than that, very old linens and rooms in general. This hotel really needs some renewal.

The clean hacienda setting is very appealing but this hotel has seen better days and it needs fine tuning to improve this rating. The grounds are impeccable and the parking is safe and convenient. The staff is very helpful and polite. The room had a few inconveniences: burned out light bulbs, very poor water pressure, not enough water volume, old torn curtains, spotty Wi-Fi signal, noisy, etc. Were not for these annoying details, this hotel would be a great place to stay while visiting beautiful Guanajuato. Nothing a diligent manager can't fix.

Very disappointing. Beds were uncomfortable, no free Wi-Fi, doors rattle with wind.
