The agency has in its administration rooms of the Twin Towers, but the request was not satisfied since the conditions of the rooms were not what I expected, the air conditioning was manual and made a lot of noise, the grill did not work, we had to request that a Technician came to fix it, the furniture and mirrors are already old and deteriorated, there was no table to sit down to eat. I have had the opportunity to make the reservation directly with the hotel without any third party and the rooms offered by the hotel itself are more cared for and in better condition. I hope if you take the comments into account and do something about it.
