This complaint is against the Fiat automotive agency - Chrysler Villautos Ferrocarril Hidalgo GAM If you unfortunately bought when it was FIAT - Chrysler is now Chevrolet, and you want to terminate your business relationship, such as obtaining the invoice for your car, you will not be able to do so, even though there are still 2 people for this purpose , an “accountant” Norma Negron or Negrone or something similar, because she doesn't even know her name or has the decency to say her name correctly, and her “boss” “pus' is that maybe he will come in half an hour or maybe not even comes ”, and when you go to this place to process the invoice for a car that was bought in that agency they will tell you:“ pus' is that we can no longer do anything, we no longer have the computers, nor the systems, nor the Fiat documentation ”and they are going to send it to the rubber, without giving a solution or alternative to its procedure, you will have to see where, how and with whom you should process the invoice for your car, IT WILL BE YOUR PROBLEM. Mr. Owner of this agency, You have 2 “employees” to whom you are giving away their salary, since they do nothing to deserve it, I believe that you are not a public charity or social program to be keeping inept employees who do not take their pay salary.
