Rejuvenecer Spa

We made a reservation for two people at a specific time but when we arrived they claimed they were unaware of our reservation. They had only two massage ladies and were busy, and they could only accommodate the two of us one at a time ... we had purchased a Groupon but they took so long to give even the massage, we left before enjoying the other two parts of our service. I did not tip, which is very rare for me. The massage was fairly enjoyable but even for the Groupon rate I did not feel I received my money's worth.
