A total disaster, to top it off at the end of the excursion the coordinator only said we already arrived in Mexico City, during the whole journey despite the inconveniences we were never offered an apology, and in the end it was obvious that she was angry when we were angry Of being the passengers. It should be taken into account that in tourism what is sold is the service, on this tour there was 0 service, which could have saved any other inconvenience. With an apology it might have been more than enough. As a recommendation they should take advantage of the type in which passengers are busy touring the places they are visiting to catch up on any setbacks, to answer any questions and ask questions.
