The worst experience with an airline ever. Unqualified, rude staff. They gave me hidden fees, would be rude when answering my questions and even after the horrible service they lost mine and my wifes luggage for a day and wouldnt take any responsibility or show any concern to our delays and worries. Payed double of what was promoted and had to talk to over 5 different representatives and hunt down our luggage for a day while being treated with rudeness. DO NOT FLY with Aeromexico. Save yourself a lot of TROUBLE.

Excellent service

It is inside lindavista park, the lady who attended me was very neurasthenic, not rude but it seemed that she was doing me a favor by attending me, angry, desperate I discovered work.

The man who attended us was apathetic the entire time. He kept talking on the phone while attending to us. He did not resolve any of our doubts, he only limited to providing us with the call center number, since he said that he could do it but would generate an extra charge. Terrible experience, I don't know then what a branch there is for.
