I bought a round trip from SLP to CDMX and unfortunately their units do not provide the service you pay for, they do not have WIFI, the screens do not work and to top it off neither the seat belt! I report the incident and they only tell me that they are going to be more careful in their units ... NO MMN !!! your solution does not help me in ANYTHING, net ... travel on another bus line.

Be careful, your web ticket purchase system does not work correctly, I did not receive confirmation by any means for me to board the bus, but checking the bank statement they did apply the charge to my card. I called his hotline a couple of times, but there is no incoming call tone and hangs up. Some time later I call again and they tell me that the refund does not proceed because according to them their system did generate a ticket, and therefore the refund does not proceed. 0/5
