Horrible service and HORRIBLE Branch manager and the door attendant an arrogant one, I know that currently the pandemic has caused people to no longer work 100, but I was waiting from 8am to 4pm to go with an executive and they did not have the kindness to say; Excuse me people, we will attend here, No! They closed the door in my face and the Manager and the door attendant only hid behind the access door, behind me there were more than 30 people, who we tried to talk to him and tell him if he would give us a token for tomorrow for all the hours waiting in the street, but the very coward hid himself and did not care about all the lost hours of us users.
