Bad customer service, I went to do a simple procedure and it took me almost 4 hours.
The turns they give to assist you pass through the arch of triumph, prefer to serve customers who are going to open an account or take out an obvious insurance without any turn, because they should take care of the meal. They are going to win and other customers attend them when they want to.
