I consider it highly important to express that the customer service at this branch is deplorable. -First point: I was almost forbidden to enter exclusively due to the fact that I was having a conversation with someone in the immense line. -Second point: When I managed to enter after claiming my rights, the interest in serving me was nil. I appealed to someone on the staff in order to answer my question regarding the price of one of their merchandise. I do not know why, but the person spoke to one of his co-workers, and left the place pretending not to listen to me. That too much bad treatment fed me up. I left the branch totally outraged. -Third point: The "sanitizing" cover that they have at the entrance is very far from fulfilling its objective. It was drier and dirtier than the enchanted lake. I'm going to delay making a purchase there, and definitely motivating someone to do it. I'm so disappointed.
