It is a big gym, aerobics room, boxing space, spinning room, cardio area (elliptical, treadmill, bycicle, etc.), Kids room, protein and shakes prep bar, and a big weights room. Seems a little outdated but if you know your business u will be ok. There are trainers in case u have questions. Price is $$ (good to me) according with the services. Rest room with small shower if u want to ask. Nice view of the mountains dough. Ill be back.

Okay, but it has quite a few areas of opportunity. The machines show their age and some lack of maintenance. They have a food and supplement area, which not all have. Good service at the reception.
