Thanks to this group page (PUERTO PENASCO FANS & COMMUNITY on Facebook) I finally found a pharmacy I really like. Honestly I probably wouldn't stop there because the paint job looks tacky. But so many members suggested it, I visited. The owner was very friendly, a security guard was there, and the staff were very helpful. It's a shame we have to travel to Mexico to pay for the same medications but at 70% less (my case). This is now my "go to" farmacia in Puerto thanks to your previous posts.
