Rivera Huasteca

Amazing experience from start to finish. We got referred to Rivera Huasteca by our hotel. Tatiana personally came to our hotel to meet us the day prior to our trip and explained to us the process of the trip and answered all and any questions that we had. The day of our trip we got picked up at our hotel by 3 staff members, Gustavo (driver), Tatiana (guide), Wilbert (guide). As soon as we met the staff they made us feel confident and safe, their energy was amazing! We had about an hour drive to our destination and they ensured to keep us entertained and pointed out and explained to us certain things along the way. They all were very energetic, great sense of humor, respectful, and professional. They made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire trip and they genuinely cared about our safety. They did an excellent job at guiding us and explaining everything to us. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. This is the best trip I have ever been on and they are the best tour guides I have ever experienced. They were with us every single step of the way and never left our sides. They completely earned my trust and made me feel safe. I will definitely recommend this agency to anyone. We plan to return hopefully next year and we will definitely be using the same agency again and will be requesting the same exact staff. Thank you Gustavo, Tatiana, and Wilbert. You guys are amazing! It was a beautiful experience, very prepared guides and always attentive to us, without a doubt I will travel with them again, the places they took me to (El Salto and El Meco in La Huasteca Potosina) are beautiful, the guides gave me security and confidence, so much so that I overcome my fears and dared to jump from a height of 3 meters in "El meco" at all times the guides were watching me (A quality service that honestly gave me confidence and security, they know what they do ), and as for the price, the prices of the packages are super affordable. A highly recommended experience, an experience of contact with nature and of course, a unique experience❣️ THANK YOU RIVERA HUASTECA! You are UNIQUE!
