Too bad of a hospital, so prestigious and that its staff (nurses) do not take care of their patients as they should and even more when they are about to be discharged, because they completely ignore them. It is incredible that in a hospital like this, things like a watch, a sweatshirt and a wheelchair disappear (without even being expensive or brand name) and there is not a person who takes charge of returning them, and they take the blame off saying that was the staff of some other shift.
