I have been using that office specifically for some time and whenever I go they solve all my doubts, they are very kind and they have even helped me to see where my packages come from. I do not know if they do not answer all the calls, I have never called but when I have gone I have seen them answer the phones. They have delivered all my packages in good condition, although they always deliver them on Saturdays so if I want it sooner and I don't want to wait for the weekend, I'll pick it up at the office and that's it. So far they have given me a very good service.

They are friendly, they answer the phone, what I do is dial them within the hours of 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM so that my call can be channeled early, they have delivered my orders on time and in the manner stipulated by their shipping time (15 days)

I suppose it is a group of dishonest people since I never receive shipments. They always get there and stay.

They never answer the phone. My package has been in Villahermosa since the 20th and nothing has been delivered to me. The phone is adorned because I need to ask if I have to personally go through my package but no one deigns to answer !!

They NEVER ANSWER ... packages have already arrived at my address and mystically after two arrived ... the others do not arrive because, according to the delivery man, he did not find the address.
