Hostal Tunich Naj

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hostel is incredibly warm, clean, peaceful, and happy. Not only does it have a comfortable and cool aesthetic, but the people who work here are amazing, too. Especially Julio. He rocks. Also, my friend Laura and I, got to celebrate the hostel's 6th anniversary while were here. It was a great time, with amazing people. I will 100% stay here again. The only question is when.

Cool little hostel. Three separate kitchens meant you never had to wait! Nice common areas, but they're all outside if it rains. Had a lot of mosquitoes in the dorm and bathroom (might want to pay for AC to keep the mosquitoes out). Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Not a bad place I slept good had a good breakfast and had a safe parking for my motorcycle. Also helpful staff.

I stayed here as a solo traveler during October 2020 in the Women’s dorm and couldn’t have been more comfortable, no Mixed dorms here thank you. The women’s dorm is a wonderfully spacious room w large windows and great ventilation. The bathroom is clean, efficient and has 3 showers. However my favorite location was the large titled balcony right off the dorm, it’s a great place to catch a breeze, share a cool drink and thx to the great staff, learn how to properly light the incense for Dias de Muertos. I definitely would recommend this lovely and charming hostel/hotel to anyone and plan on returning soon ❤️
