THE WORLD'S WORST COMPANY I share that I have a Package for which I make $ 239.00 pesos per month. It turns out that on the bill for the month of September 2019 I noticed that I arrived for $ 389.00, I thought that maybe because of the summer holidays, I could have exceeded my monthly consumption, so I pay the bill. I receive the bill that expires in October and again the amount to be paid is $ 389.00, so for this occasion I decided not to pay the bill and go to the ATT service center to clarify the situation. Surprise when they inform me that, according to their control system, I request the activation of a Data Package, for a monthly cost of $ 150.00, a situation that is totally false, since I do not request, absolutely nothing. He commented that it is not the first time that I am a victim of abuse by the ATT company, for Christmas 2018, contact the Call Center to ask if I could add data because I consumed my data that I have from the Package, the executive who attended me He offered me a Christmas Promotion Package with unlimited consumption, only for the month of December, for a cost of $ 150.00, a situation that was totally false, because I paid the Package and only received 1 GB and they cut the service. Another abuse of which I was victimized by the ATT company, was when hiring the Package, because I was not informed that it is not possible to make international calls. Because in addition to not being informed, the company does not deliver any document with the conditions of the service. I found out because a week ago I had the need to speak to Lima, Peru, it was not possible for me. Contact the Call Center and as you will understand, I already learned that I cannot make international calls because the roaming service is limited, according to them for security, in order to make the call I had to buy additional air time $ 100.00, to talk a couple of minutes, because international roaming is charged at a gold price. As I said, when hiring the service, the executives took care of me and argued that because of problems with the computer system, they could not release the document and pretexts of that kind. Now I deduce, that as the ATT company was just entered the country, they practically gave away the packages to persuade the consumer but with DECEPTIVE PUBLICITY because they were super limited services. Now that the market conditions have changed, those packages are not profitable and in my case they are constantly insisting me to migrate to another package, according to the argument that the network was updated and that they have already unified NEXTEL, UNEFON and IUSACEL. But the reality is that they want to get rid of those packages they promoted, just opened the ATT company, and now that they are not profitable they want to force the consumer to migrate to the Packages that really make it useful. A call to IFETEL, do not allow these abuses. And consumers look for other options.

Good service, comfortable facilities, although to pay for the line service is only by the ATM they have inside or with an executive, which is expected a good time.
