Terminal Autobuses Tulum ADO

I recommend buying your bus ticket online. They send you an email with a PDF ticket and the bus driver scans the QR code for your ticket. Very efficient bus station. It seemed like people who were buying the tickets there had to wait in line for a long time though. There's also a bathroom there but I didn't use it. You can't really be a $10 bus ticket from Tulum to Cancun.

Always on time and and cant be the price!

During covid they won't allow you to sit next to anyone,even your family members. That doesn't seem right to me and also reduces number of seats at the terminal. However the place itself is rather comfortable. It's not too hot there,has shade and a small store where you can buy refreshments. They also accept credit cards

ADO is the trusest and comfortable way to get around Riviera Maya. I cannot recommend enough to download the ADO app on your phone, so you can avoid the hustlers & possibly dishonest folks who count on ill-informed tourists visiting these beautiful cities. I don’t speak any Spanish and was still able to book my ticket from PDC to Tulum and from Tulum to Cancun. Safe yourself the hassle, the money and and be prepared with a few pesos to tip the bellman.
