Lousy service, there is a lot of line and to pay a loan payment already being in the box they send you to line up again with an advisor / executive to look for the customer number / code and again line up to pay. It is unpleasant this situation and on top of the cashiers they behave with courtesy and very little empathy. In Chedraui Europlaza / carrizal branch there is a small module and usually two ATMs and there I pay quickly and with good attitude / attention and they don't ask me for a customer number / code. As a suggestion they should expedite / facilitate the procedures and also sensitize the people they serve because they are very square to say it with respect.
