Transportes Chapala Bus Station

If only the US had something like this it would be great! I don't understand how Mexico has WAAAY better public transport than us (USA)

Small station. Line gives good service between Guadalajara and Ajijic. Also has bus line for in town travel and to Chapala.

Take the time to learn the different buses. Small, medium and large have different routes. Riding the bus in Mexico is CHEAP!

Whenever you need to use this service, be sure to check the estimated time of the bus you would like to take and be there before that time, the bus won't come early, but you will have more chance to stand in a place where you would board first and probably get a seat on the bus, if you are not quick to enter the bus you won't get to seat

For a bus station, it does what it's supposed to do. No frills. Snacks & soft drinks are available
