Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fully bilingual English and Spanish. Very thorough and efficient. Luis was so good on handling the closing on my first property I’m specifying him for my second one.

If you are not a foreigner they do not attend you, or they are not interested in small "projects" such as issuing a power of attorney. Very bad service. I will find another notary in Guadalajara.
