I love meditating here. Frank is a gracious, generous and devoted host and always creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The space is super Zen and serene and I've met great friends here. Thank you Frank for holding conscious space for our community! I feel so fortunate to have access to your loving oasis!

Guidance are given on Saturday mornings. I was new at meditation. Frank gave me different options on how to focus and how to allow my mind to clear itself on its own without pressure or expectations. A real wiseman.
