The Brooklane San Miguel

The Brooklane was the most wonderful hotel experience we ever had! Perfectly situated in easy walking distance to everything. It is so beautiful, both the decor and the hotel design are just stunning. Modern but also luxurious and welcoming. Gorgeous rooftop lounge with heated dipping pool. Cocktail hour in the beautiful lobby in the evenings and the most amazing breakfasts in the morning on the rooftop lounge. Best atmosphere imaginable but Sebastian and Esteban who run the hotel are what really put it over the top -they ensure every aspect of this hotel experience is outstanding. I can not say enough good things about this place. I would never stay anywhere else in San Miguel and this place has spoiled us for all other hotels, nothing else could possibly compare!

My friends and I booked 3 of the Brooklane's rooms for a recent wedding weekend. We fell in love with the hotel and the owners! Gorgeous rooms and an amazing rooftop made our stay extra special. The three course breakfast on the roof each morning made our day start on the right foot! All of the breads are homemade and the coffee is amazing. Cocktail hour each afternoon was so fun and the drinks were delicious! I would recommend this hotel to every type of traveler!

Amazing. The location was so close to the main square so we walked most of the time. The the room was beautiful as was the lounge area and fabulous terrace garden. The hosts were the best. Loved it all.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I came to San Miguel for a wedding, and waited to book my hotel until close to it. I am SHOCKED this place was available at all considering how beautiful and lovely it is, how awesome the breakfasts were, and how perfect the location is. Estoban and Sebastien are two of the most lovely hosts (calling them simply hotel employees just doesn't do their warm and welcoming nature justice) and made us feel right at home the second we booked the room. Estoban was in touch about dietary restrictions and he was able to accommodate my aversion seafood, plus he booked our shuttle from the airport. He also gave awesome recommendations for restaurants and things to do around the hood. As a decorating junkie, one of the many highlights was looking at all the thoughtful details what went into the design of the hotel from the color palette, to the dishes, to the herb garden on the roof, to the textiles in the bedroom. I was obsessed with everything and Estoban was even kind enough to let me know where he got some of the elements. This place served incredible breakfasts on their roof (there is also a pool up there) and I am still dreaming about the eggs Benedict. If you are looking for a cool, centrally-located, beautiful place to stay with a home-y vibe, PICK THIS PLACE. I am even thinking of renting it the entire place out for a low-key bachelorette party next spring.

Such an incredible find! The place is absolutely gorgeous and in the best location- a complete haven. Can’t wait to come back.
