PURA VIDA KITCHEN COOKING SCHOOL

We spent the evening there with Chef Andrés who taught us how to make many different salsas and a mole, taught us about many different Mexican cheeses, and showed us how to make a soup and flautas. He taught us a lot about the history of the foods we were eating and was a great joy to be around. We had lots of fun with our classmates along the way! Come with empty stomachs because there with be a LOT of food to share! Don't worry about not finishing, you'll be able to take leftovers home with you. I highly recommend this experience and if I ever find myself back in San Miguel, I'll definitely be back!
