My friends and I wanted to do something different in San Miguel, we have heard so much about Maria, and her ancestry cooking school, neither my friends or I are good at the kitchen, but this experience was so amazing, we learned so much about the Mexican cuisine, there are so many tips, we felt like professional cooks when we finish, and the best thing is when you try to make the recipes back in town, if you have any doubts questions or issues, she will answer you in a email with so much patience! thank you Maria! she is the best teacher in town! you can't miss it!!! !

In my experience this is one of the schools really committed in conveying the real knowledge about Mexican Cuisine. I really enjoyed the experience.
