KURMA STUDY (yoga & fitness center)

I’m really liking it so far ! The teacher is so nice and attentive to each of her students, calling each one by their name and adapting the practice to their physical capability. You need to come with your own towel and water but otherwise they lend you the rest (yoga mattress, wood blocks etc).

The best place for yoga and toning in Guanajuato, I love the place because they have trained teachers who teach the classes, and take care that you do the exercises properly so that you do not get hurt, also very good atmosphere and above all, super clean and beautiful place, Nowhere else have I found the quality that they offer in this study. 100% recommendable

Excellent site to start practicing yoga Iyengar method, with an excellent instructor. Highly recommended.
