I went because my child is allergic to cow's milk protein, they always told me that chiva milk had a certain smell (of chiva), however it is not so, its taste is so rich and creamy, unfortunately my child does not I shut him up for the proteins he has, he only took a liter but he tried the elixirs of life with it. The place is very clean, they have a view to their laboratory and everything looks super bright, I have not had the opportunity to taste their cheeses, but I know they will not let me down.
