Y'all are nuts if you think tourists are going to spend $600 to stay at a no name resort in the Rivera Maya, when I can stay at any other reputable luxury resort in the Riviera Maya for less than half the price. You're not Fairmont Maya Koba. You have to earn your name and reputation in Mexico. Especially when there's 10% of the travel allowed this year compared to normal. Be realistic.

Excellent place, the facilities are beautiful! Super comfortable rooms and delicious food. You have to visit the restaurant La Tentazione, delicious Italian cuisine accompanied by a good wine.

THE SERVICE EXCELLENT, WE HAD THE FORTUNE OF BEING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW NAME OF THE HOTEL, OUR STAY WAS WONDERFUL, THE SERVICE OF THE GUYS TITERS, BUTLERS AND MR ERNESTO OF THE LOBBY BAR, EXCELLENT. RECOMMENDED AND IF WE WOULD RETURN TO THE SENSIRA HOTEL ...

The hotel is wonderful starting out because in these times of Covid there are not many people, I can be calm to enjoy with my family. I loved it because everything is new and the treatment is Super nice, I enjoyed doing activities in the pool and on the beach 🏖 The entertainment areas are wonderful, they have a cinema for the whole family with a Baby club and kids clubs for the little ones, a Teens club for the older kids where they can play video games, play pool and ping pong 🏓 you can leave your children with everything trust and spend time in the pool as a couple. Regarding restaurants, I loved the dinners, my favorite restaurant was Waynes, where I rode the mechanical bull and uncovered with the waiters' service, starting with the fantastic drink that they served me with a Humado Romero aroma.
