They didn't have any bags, not even for sale, it was a lot of fun with 2 carts full, they didn't want to give change either...with no bags you have to buy less and return to the store more often, exposing yourself to the virus more often

Bad bad bad customer service. Employees don't like being asked questions as to where to find stuff. One employee in the cheese department purposely directed me to the meat department to find eggs when they where on the other size of the market. I couldn't hear her well the first time and i asked her to repeat and she made a face. So did another employee at some other customer when asking for something. Lastly, i was not aware that they didn't give bags and you couldn't take the small orange carts outside to your car. I think it would have been nice for the cashier to communicate that before hand, i had already place ALL my groceries inside and the security person informed me that i couldn't take it so i had to take all my groceries out and transfer to some boxes they had. If you go here take your own bags or use the other big carts to avoid the hassle.

This is a very organised store. The biggest one in Tulum. There are ATMs inside. Plenty of places for bikes and taxis are easy to pick up from here. Their fruit and veg is decent quality and there is a selection of international produce. You can buy things like clothes, sandals and snorkels, even yoga mats and leggings. There is also a pharmacy inside. They often have special offers on things. They accept most cards.

This place has everything you need. We bought food, souvenirs, shirts and snorkeling gear. The bread is freshly baked and it is so delicious.
