The entire experience was easy, professional, and excellent. From the start Carlo helped me by answering any questions that I had before my procedure. He got back to me right away and explained everything to me so that I felt comfortable. I was very nervous because of all of the crazy things you hear about going to another country for plastic surgery but when I arrived the hospital was very very nice, the nurses and all of the staff were extremely friendly, and I had my own room with bathroom. I’ve had plastic surgery with two different doctors in Orange County, Ca in the past and this was by far the best decision I have ever made by choosing this doctor. Usually after surgery they just send you on your way and that’s it but here they keep you there for 2 days and care for you. I had liposuction in my back, thighs, flanks, arms, and a Brazilian butt lift about 1 month ago and I feel AMAZING! Thank you so much to the entire staff for such an amazing job. I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend all of my friends and everyone to come here for any plastic surgery.

Dr. Sariñana is an intelligent and gifted surgeon. He speaks English and Spanish well, and explains his plan and the procedure so that I could understand what was going to happen. He answered all of my questions, even before I went to Mexicali, I was able to speak to him by phone. I had no complications, and healed well. Dr. Sariñana is incredibly talented and very capable. The care at Hospital de la Familia, is wonderful. The nurses time and time again let me know I was welcome to call if I needed anything. Many nurses spoke both English and Spanish. The patient coordinator, who works directly with Dr. Sariñana, Maritza (bilingual as well) is fantastic. I feel like she advocated for me, saw to my needs, addressed any concerns and definitely saw to my comfort from start to finish. The driver Alfonso also speaks both English and Spanish and was a delight. I would make this decision and go back to this wonderful surgeon and staff, in a heartbeat.
