TERRIBLE STAFF SERVICE. Nurses rude and unprofessional. They dont help patients in their wellbeing. I asked for blankets for my mom because they were full of blood and urine and they said they couldn't give me any, I asked again and 6 hours later they gave me only ONE blanket, no bed liners and told me to do it myself. I asked for pain medicine for mom they said she had to wait 90 min. In pain after surgery....so they did kept my mom in pain ☹😖. More over when an hour after mom was in a room she wanted to pee I asked the nurse to help and the nurse gave me a container and told me to do it OMG...I couldn't lift my mom she was dizzy and still under anesthesia...finally I did it and dump her urine inside the toilet. There is more to this terrible experience I just can't share it all.😢😭

Terrible service the receptionist Carmen has no education she is very arrogant unlike the nurses Norma is very friendly and the guards Don José and Alberto are very polite and very friendly but the receptionist and the medical team treat people very badly they have no respect I never I come back a bad experience I do not recommend them

Doctor Tinoco is an excellent Doctor and very attentive. And very wisely and I also study at Loma Linda Hospital in California.
