Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Paid extra money to stay on a jacuzzi room. Spent 3 hours filling and re filling the tub Calling the office over and over to have the problem solved until I finally gave up and decided to call it a night after hours of trying to get semi clean water that didn’t stink like a dirty pond. After complaining to the office I was told by the lady since I didn’t check in when she was there it was not her problem. She then proceeded to say I could speak with the manager. After asking her for the manger she stated he wouldn’t be back until another day and refused to reach out to him herself and also refused to give me the contact information. Shortly after leaving the establishment I called back to inform of a diamond ring left behind. The same lady proceeded to tell me nothing was left Behind and I was just making stuff up to get them in trouble. i then told her that In the same pictures I took of the jacuzzi the ring is absolutely present and shown, because I had taken it off while checking the water. I cannot believe the disgusting room and service i received during my stay. I will never ever come back again and I warn you all to do the same.
