They wanted to operate for a fracture that is curable with a plaster cast, and after having a second opinion we confirmed that the happy operation they claimed was needed was not necessary, I hope and they are not ripped off

Terrible patient care. They go 2 times that we go to consultation and 2 times we spend 1 hour 20 minutes after the appointment. Very high cost per consultation for lousy service.
