And Having sushi in Bacalar was a treat, the owner is so sweet and kind and puts so much love into making the place feel special and right. Mescal tasting here is also a fun thing to do. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely sushi place. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Bacalar. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best Japanese food I’ve had in my life, and I eat Japanese food every week in New York. The vegetable tempura is especially out of this world. The vibe is amazing and the owner is super nice and has an amazing attention to detail. Best part— we kayaked here and entered from the dock on the water!

Great stay there is a super yummy sushi bar right there also yachts and kayaks rental, bike parking and the greatest owner Jade ever. She really makes you feel home and comfy. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but ending up being here for 9 days!!!

The best sushi we have ever eaten, absolutely amazing place! The host Horhay is a true gentleman and made our visit lots of fun. Great place highly recommended X
