Fantastic customer service! The wife and I were purchasing a home that needed only 6 tiles replaced. Ignacio helped us by finding the correct tile and also the color combination to match. He spent a crazy amount of time helping us for a basically $600 peso sale of 10 tiles (he recommended a few extra in case the replacement causes damage). My first stop from now on will be to his store!!!

Terrible customer service. That person in the front desk by the name of Ignacio Duran was the rudest person I have come across in my life! Completely unprofessional to the point he dared to insult me in the first 4 minutes of walking in the door regardless of us telling him we had returned and this time we were ready with measures and ready to buy. He had zero desire to help us in the process and I was appalled st his bad attitude when we asked a couple of simple questions to make sure what colors to order. He had such a bad attitude that he just snared at us horribly and literally didn’t answer our question. He looked so angry that we were asking. I quickly asked why he was failing to answer and his reply was that I was asking an obviously question meaning I was asking a stupid question ???? I was so insulted by his reply. I told him I couldn’t believe his remark and as I was getting over the shock I took a deep breath to not go off on him and I looked st my husband and said, “ let’s go! There is no way these people are getting my business. I did tell him he way a jerk! For telling me I had a personal problem” as in I was stupid in his mind I guess because he presume I was not knowing what I wanted????? Unbelievable! RUDE! He completely lacks people skills and is lazy! Does not care to help you in the process to choose or order your tiles so how are you supposed to buy???????
