Wonderful & relaxing place with direct access to the beautiful lagoon. The manager and staff are extremely kind attentive and keep everything very tidy, they also have nice modern appliances (a/c) and finishes in a traditional Mayan style architecture. The owner helped educate us about the stromatolites and other parts of the native environment. I hope to return to this special place!

Quiet and clean. Good design and rooms are in great condition. Manager is wonderful, lovely and goes out of her way to make guests happy. Room rate too pricey for its value. Breakfast included but no bar or restaurant on site

Hotel is beautifully maintained on the lagoon. Wake up and take a swim into the cenotes not far away. Fantastic experience would highly recommend. Don't miss out on bacalar and the warm hospitality at the hotel
