Not a place I would recommend. If you have no choice you can go but the beds are horrible, there is no water in the shower and the wifi not working

The facilities and services are excellent, spacious and clean rooms, they have super comfortable hammocks, common areas ideal for resting and living together. Alex is incredible helps you with tourist information with which you can save a lot of money, recommendations of the best food in Bacalar and always super friendly, without a doubt a gem of the town, I highly recommend it, you will not regret it.
