Awesome, friendly and helpful staff. Learn travel Spanish or bring a translator. You can take the Mayab bus to Limones and then all the way to Cancun (and everywhere in between) from here.

Most of the time I am very satisfied with ado bus but I’ve met some unhelpful stuff at ado bus station in Tulum. I was eligible for a credit that I could use for my next ride. I got the credit because I didn’t use one of my tickets and a very nice lady sent me an email confirmation about the credit that I could use within 6 months. Once I was ready to use the credit and buy a ticket from tulum to cancan airport I couldn’t do it. The stuff at tulum bus station wasn’t helpful at all and not even polite. I ended up losing my credit since I am not going back to Mexico any soon.

They gave me information in an excellent way. Obviously I got a lady from staff with the Don of customer service.

Bus company to go to tulum, bacalar, chetumal, playa carmen, puerto morelos, cancun etc ... There are two, this one that would be like ado and another that is next to it which are foreign vans, this one is cheaper in my case to go to tulum
