Dr. Reynaldo Herrera Robles General Director of CUBC Through this, I request reliable information regarding what is the current status of the procedure of the professional certificate of the master's degree in oral litigation that I attended in the educational institution under his charge, since I was issued the academic degree of teacher from the July 21, 2017, having spent one year two months without receiving the corresponding professional card. The above, has brought me negative consequences in labor and academic issues attributable to the unjustified delay of its processing.
